CANCELLATIONS - I require a minimum of 24 hours notice to cancel or reschedule an appointment. Failure to give 24 hours notice will require you to pay a fee of 50% of the services you scheduled. MISSED APPOINTMENTS - Failure to cancel an appointment (no show) will require you to pay a fee of 50% of the services you scheduled. LATE ARRIVALS - Please note that if you are 15 minutes late to your appointment we may have to reschedule your service if it cannot be completed in the remaining time frame without interfering with other scheduled appointments. If we do not hear from you after 15 minutes, you will be considered a missed appointment/no show and will be treated and charged as a missed appointment.
